What is ACORN up to now? Watch the video at www.ACUACORNAction.org to find out what ACORN has become. Track former leaders to ensure that we know when ACORN attempts to create new groups using fake names to continue their work.

I think, fundamentally, his basic description of the structure of conservatism is built on tired platitudes. But moreover, I think the comparison of huffington post to hotair is not analogous. They are just different. Its not inconceivable that at some point a big and prominent investor will start a center-right blog that invites all the "major" thinkers to contribute periodically. That is not what hot air is about.

honestly, I don't care much for hot air or even ace. I read copious dissent religiously but really 95% of my blog roll is straight up econo-blogs. ( along with Reason, Cato, and a few political analysis like fivethirtyeight or politico)

Lastly, while I think that blogs like Malkin's produce some of the most inane and at times pernicious debate, I think this guy is missing a lot of very sensible and constructive debate that occurs on these 'center-right' econ blogs.
